Are open the applications for the National Young Creators Show (MNJC), the initiative of the IPDJ, organised by the Generator, which since 1997 boosted young creators by convening them for the broadest and relevant breeding stimulus programme in Portugal.

This is an opportunity for people residing in Portugal, up to the age of 30, to submit their artistic projects in 15 distinct areas, among which to include Theatre.  To evaluate the works of theatre, we invited Carla Chambel, recognized actress and vice president of the Portuguese Academy of Cinema, and Luísa Ortigoso, actress who for the past 40 years has been working regularly in theatre, film and television. The panel is composed, in total, by 45 jurors, 3 per artistic area, being complemented by a representative of the IPDJ.

The selected will be invited to publicly present their artwork at the official MNJC event, in Vila do Conde, where will be announced also the winners of each area.

There is a total of  15,000 € in prizes to distribute. At the cash prize of 1,000 € for each winner, plus other advantages: an individual interview for the Generator; 50% discount on the courses and formations of the  Generator Academy; access to a set of visibility and integration actions in a program of capacity-building and professional experiences.
